Celebrating 10 years of the Colorful Communities program
Bury Hospice
On April 5-6, 2025, over 100 volunteers from PPG and the Morelli Group enhanced Bury Hospice in the United Kingdom. The project transformed patient bedrooms, the main reception, café, family rooms, living room, corridors, treatment rooms, and staff areas, using a color palette featuring Purple Basil (PPG1046-7), PPG’s 2025 Color of the Year, which promotes healing and emotional well-being. Local artist Pocket Wren created a mural of the iconic Peel Tower, surrounded by flowers and birds, symbolizing hope and memories.
