Ernie Garcia, Dallas

Ernie Garcia is PPG technical sales instructor, Dallas, Texas. In this role, Ernie leads PPG automotive technician training classes at field training locations in the greater Dallas area.

He has more than 25 years of experience in automotive collision repair including body repair and painting. Ernie joined PPG in 2008. Before joining PPG, Ernie spent 18 with MAACO first as a painter, then production manager and finally a shop manager.

He became interested in the automotive repair industry when a friend introduced him to the industry. He found it interesting and never looked back.

In his free time, Ernie enjoys listening to Christian or 80’s rock music, he plays the drums, and he likes to play pool or workout at the gym.

He is not currently working on any personal projects, but you never know what the future might hold.
