Key to the system's color-matching prowess is PPG's ever-growing global database of more over 27,000 OEM primes and variants per year, creating an unrivaled database of more than 5 million formulas. The database forms the foundation for a host of PPG color tools that further ensure a spot-on match the first time, every time.

The Deltron® NXT system is engineered specifically to provide excellent process efficiency for the production-focused collision center - with a complete range of products to suit any operating requirements and conditions. Plus, the Deltron® brand has long been regarded by painters for its ease of use and repairability, thereby minimizing redos and further contributing to fast cycle times.
Fast Undercoats
The Deltron® NXT system offers an excellent choice of productive-minded undercoats featuring high film build and quick dry-to-sand times. Choices include DPS3105 Quick Prime Urethane Surfacer and DPS7500 High Production Primer Surfacer.
Deltron® NXT Basecoat
Next level color matching for today's sophisticated finishes, coupled with a fast air-dry time of just 15 minutes contribute to this basecoat's impressive throughput.
Clearcoats for Every Job
From superfast air-dry capability to bake times as low as 9 minutes, the NXT clearcoat lineup offers an excellent choice of productive clearcoats that deliver excellent gloss and appearance. Plus, there's a Matte and Semi-Gloss Clearcoat System for reproducing a range of gloss levels, including OE low gloss finishes offered on such vehicles as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Fiat and Lamborghini.
