Pursuant to PPG’s Political Contributions and Activities Policy, the following report outlines PPG Political Contributions and Activities for calendar year 2022.

TRADE ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP WITH ANNUAL PAYMENTS EXCEEDING $50,000:

  • The National Association of Manufacturers (the nondeductible portion of the dues attributable to 2022 is less than $50,000).
  • The American Coatings Association (the nondeductible portion of the dues attributable to 2022 is less than $150,000).

CONTRIBUTIONS TO 501(c)(4) AND OTHER POLITICAL TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS: None

* Historically, PPG has had a baseline membership with the Democratic Governors Association and the Republican Governors Association in order to participate in events. However, PPG is not currently a member of these organizations.

CORPORATE POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS: None

The Center for Political Accountability (CPA)-Zicklin Index for Corporate Political Disclosure and Accountability uses 24 indicators to measure the strength of each company’s political spending disclosure practices and oversight policies. All analysis is based on information publicly available on the company’s website. PPG achieved a 90% “Trendsetter” rating on the index.
