With the help of our thousands of employees, we have an opportunity to make many positive impacts in the places we call home. We know the most powerful way to make a difference is when our employees lead the way.
To accomplish this, each of our global regions offers tailored opportunities for employees to volunteer with our nonprofit partners. From painting alongside colleagues during a Colorful Communities project to teaching STEM concepts to young kids at an afterschool program, these efforts amplify our grants and deepen our impact.

Across our Europe, Middle East and Africa region, our colleagues are encouraged to participate in the Charity Partner program, in which they raise funds for partner organizations through bake sales, raffles, and more. PPG matches their efforts dollar for dollar. Learn more about our 2021 impacts.

SHARING TECHNOLOGY INSIGHTS
More than 75 PPG Information Technology employees introduced students from the Boys & Girls Clubs® (BGC) of Western Pennsylvania to technology lessons including artificial intelligence, computer programming, robotics, and more as part of a new program co-created by the PPG Foundation and BGC.
HIKING FOR A CAUSE
For one PPG employee in Poland, a passion for hiking and the outdoors has raised funds and awareness for a local hospice as part of the region’s Charity Partner program.
