ZIRCOBOND® THIN FILM PRETREATMENT

  • Environmentally-minded, cost saving technology
  • Functionally equivalent to traditional zinc phosphate coatings
  • Multi-metal capable (CRS, EG, AIG, HDG and Al)
  • Capable of processing up to 100% Aluminum
  • Reduces sludge up to 90% when compared to zinc phosphate
  • Reduced manufacturing footprint

CHEMFOS™ TRI-CATION ZINC PHOSPHATE

  • Deposits a microcrystalline coating containing zinc, nickel and manganese
  • Multi-metal capable (CRS, EG, AIG, HDG and Al)
  • Ability to treat up to 25% Aluminum
  • Can be applied by Spray or Immersion

VERSABOND™ FAST KINETIC EFFICIENT ZINC PHOSPHATE

  • Rapidly deposits a microcrystalline tri-cation phosphate coating
  • Reduces sludge generation up to 50% reducing waste and maintenance
  • Ability to treat up to 50% aluminum to accommodate light weighting strategies
  • Improved corrosion performance on aluminum
  • Drop-in technology requiring no system modifications
